It has been more than three months that I came to Auber, I am very pleased to meet a group of lovely colleagues here, and they are kind persons and professional in cosmetic tubes industry. Also the satisfaction from customers to me is the biggest encourage for my work.

Haha, see below, today’s work start with a new customer’s compliment.

Here is the thing, customer use our forwarder to arrange shipment for her first order, as comparing the final quotation with the price we quoted before was a little high. To avoid any delay of the delivery process due to the time difference (customer from U.S.) and the shipment space is quite nervous during the period before CNY; I gave the timely respond and explanation for her query.

Customer is thankful for my prompt reply at my evening time even after I got off work. It’s very grateful to get the customer’s understanding and trust.

Fighting!! Let’s work hard to get more cosmetic tubes done.
