Yesterday’s been a very sweeeet day for me!

I got an unexpected package, filled with surprise and warm greeting. It’s from one of my European customer Janno. I started working with Janno this year supplying squeeze tube packaging for his new product.

This package was a Christmas present, though I didn’t know until the moment I opened the outer package seeing that red lovely bow-tie. Apparently, opening a gift box is the happiest moment for a girl!

My story with Janno begins at 05/30/2018, the day I got his tube inquiry.

08/20/2018. Three months later, I got his first email reply.

08/30/2018. Magically, the first order was placed exactly 10 days later. It is hard to believe that in tube business, we can conclude a deal with a new customer in 10 days. To be honest, I am more than honor, flatter but even touched for having the trust.

10/11/2018. Janno received the tubes and sent us below email. I really appreciate him for saying all these nice words. I guess if we treat every customer with sincere and do what we’ve promised, they can feel it in a good way.
