After a few months, when the customer got the cosmetic tubes and sent them to their filling factory for filling and sealing. Disaster was coming……
They really met the problem for sealing– Eye-mark and large printing area were in the same level, and the sensor could not recognize the eye mark properly.
The machine sealed plastic squeeze tubes were not Nice and could not be promoted to the market. To solve this problem, they had to operate the sealing machine by workers but not its set up program.
The customer told me that it was really a disaster because they spent a lot of time sealing the tubes and improved their model…… it wasted lots of time and Money ……
After that the customer believed us very deeply and become one of the most loyalty customers of us. And if we gave them some suggestions for the further orders, they would take it and improve their cosmetic tubes accordingly.
