To us embarrassed, CNY holiday was approaching soon, and workers already booked tickets home. In this case, our leader said many good words to them, some of them decided to delay the time of going home and kept adjusting the printing colors at deep night, worked overtimes for many days. Meanwhile, many e-mails and calls from order processing dept. to customer to confirm samples. Not only the workshop workers but office staff did extra work. Finally, we made wonderful tube packaging samples before launching time. After completing filling, customer immediately send us pics for full series products, and express their high satisfaction to tube and Auber’s service.

Maybe a cosmetic tube looks very easy, but we have to take many processes to finish them. Especially under the case of peak production orders, workers have to work overtime for weeks, they are really very toilsome. Most of them are far away from their hometown and seldom get reunion with family, kids in a year. Some would not go home until Chinese New Year. Customers’ recognition on our team and productions will be absolutely a great encourage to us, which have us to do more and better.
