Last week, our cosmetic tubes workshop was going to start bulk printing for one of UK customers. However, one hour before printing, our quality control staff found the printing color on customer’s confirmed artwork was different from sample printing color and looks strange.

According to her professional sensitivity and carefulness in tube packaging industry, she think there mighe be something unclear, so she asked me to call customer immediately to double check .

Fortunately, the customer realized this mistake and corrected all details soon.This small action really helped them avoid a big loss. Below is customer comments:
