Before I am working in cosmetic tube industry, I think it’s very simple as it looks just a little tube and no high technical parts. I guess most people have the same illusion as me.

However, as for cosmetic packaging manufacturers, it’s not so simple. Successfully producing a PE tube will go through more than 10 processes and every process should be treated carefully.There are also many different  design standard existing in producing  different kinds of tubes,such as plastic laminated tube,airless pump tube ,lipgloss tube,and  so on.To satisfy our clients’ need ,sometime we also need to make some adjustments. There is no doubt that it’s a challenging job.

Now it reminds me of one thing about artwork, from which you will learn how careful we are in this process.

One day, our customer placed an aluminum plastic tubes order to us, as usual our designer would check out the artwork and then tidied up the artwork back to him. Considering we had handled similar models for this client seriously before, so our designer found out a previous similar tube with the same size to made a first comparison.

Strangely, he found the logo of the new model is 3mm bigger than previous orders, we were not sure why the size of logo changed

Maybe their designer adjusted it under unconscious, or maybe they really wanted to change.

As we couldn’t go forward with a guess, we mailed the customer of the changes and confirmed with them for the final design. The customer was so appreciated that we could do such a careful job for them, and prevent problems before happened. We were also happy to receive customer’s praise.
