Squeeze tubes are almighty for most products, such as hand creams, shampoos, oral care products and adhesives. There are three main sorts of squeeze tubes.
The first one is extruded cosmetic plastic squeeze tubes which are formed as one-piece cylinders during manufacturing process. The cylinders are cut according to length and head/neck attached. As a result, a beautiful, seamless product is produced for hand creams, designer lotions, shave balms, pharmaceutical ointments, liposomal products, and silicone-based products, and industrial materials, chemicals with specific stability requirements, shampoos, and cosmetic and oral care products.
The second sort is laminated cosmetic squeeze tube. At first, a 5-layer, flat sheet of laminated plastic and/ or aluminum is made. After printing the laminated sheet, it is rolled and sealed on the side to make a tube. Finally, the cylinder is connected to the tube neck. Laminated cosmetic tubes have outstanding barrier properties that 6 colors + aqueous can be printed on them. Hot foil stamping and silk screen are available for laminated tubes. Laminated tubes can be applied for cosmetics, pharmaceutical products, body care products and oral care products.
The last one is collapsible aluminum tubes which made from 99.9% pure aluminum by an impact hammer extrusion process. Collapsible aluminum squeeze tubes are suitable for adhesives, pharmaceuticals, hair products, cosmetics, paints, metal polish and so on. They are convenient, beautiful and highly efficient.
