Plastic pump tube

With the development of the printing for plastic pump tube, people created one kind of oil which named UV oil .This new UV oil is a varnish before printing or after printing which can make the tube looks shinny or help the tube be in a high quality ,that is not easy to fall off.

Firstly, there are lots of advantage for the UV oil when we want to print by the silk screen printing because of the the UV oil is very easy to be absorbed in a high temperature. This oil will not lead to the jam when printing ,and it can be rapid solidification. Thus ,the UV oil is perfectly solved the problem which it is confused us for a long time.

At the same time, the printing ink is very thick and hard to be dry,so we can not collected and printed in high speed without the UV oil. Luckily, we can easily improve the production efficiency with the UV varnish.

Actually, there are two kind of types for the UV oil for plastic pump tube,that is UV ink and UV circuit board printing ink. At present ,there are widely used it in all kind printing industry ,such as offset printing ,Flexible printing and so on.
