1. Safety Line.

Safety line is very important for sealing tails firmly. It is clamped by the mold on the sealing machine (see pic). Normally, the width should not be less than 1mm.

2.Filling process.

It is essential to keep the inner tail sealing area away from creams during filling process, especially ingredient contains alcohol, otherwise, leakage issue will occur easily if scream spread, or filling needle touch the sealing area, etc. Therefore, adjustment of injection machine need to be very careful.

3.Data adjustment for sealing machine

Sealing status of cosmetic tubes will be different based on different temperature, speed and pressure of the machine. Temperature need to be higher with faster speed, and it is also adjusted according to different tube size and hardness.

Our domestic customers prefer us to seal tails for them while foreign customers prefer filling from tube tail and sealing tails by themselves for higher efficiency. To ensure leakage problem do not happen on all customers, our QC make vacuum test and pressure test on every batch of goods.
