Companies exhibiting at the Plastics Recycling Expo (PRE) at the Telford International Centre will show the latest technology developed to lower their costs , reduce material contamination and save energy during production.

Meanwhile experts from The Plastics Consultancy Network (PCN) will be offering free advice on controlling processing costs and designing for cost reduction.

“Plastics recycling plays a crucial part in our circular economy but with the downturn in oil prices lowering the cost of virgin material, plastics recyclers are operating in very challenging market conditions. Never has it been more important to ensure that the process of recycling plastics is carried out as efficiently as possible without compromising on quality,” says PRE event director Steve Crowhurst.
