Firstly,we would like to analyze the printing ink.There is a good solvent release to the ink ,it means that the quality of your tube would be better if you use it ink to printing without the  residual.However,different factories have different ink system and quotation price ,because different factories produce the tube with different color ,resin and the fusion agent.On one same ink system, there always appear difference between different color ink ,especial the red ink and black in which can not reach a standards , owing to this kind of ink is very hard to be adsorbed .

 

Due to stricter solvent residual demand, at present a lot of flexible packaging enterprises is difficult to completely adopt no benzene, benzene ketone ink printing ink and alcohol water white ink, so the hose on how many contain benzene solvent residue.

 

During the process of printing for cosmetic packaging , printing ink used solvents are mixed solvent, basic solvent residual biggest influence its volatilizing speed, if the mixed solvent containing more slow drying, solvent will lead to serious solvent residue. As a result, the reasonable design formula of the mixed solvent is a very important technical problems. In addition, will directly affect the purity of the solvent volatilization rate, moisture content in the solvent effect on solvent volatilization rate is the largest. Ink viscosity of solvent residue has greater influence.
