Packaging could be very flexible and diverse. For cosmetic tubes, it involves with various materials, printing techniques, closure options, etc.
Tubes are seems to be very easy. There was great saying from one of my customer: nothing is easy.
Today I am just gonna show you the diversity of a very small detail in plastic squeeze tubes: the sealing end.
The top priority of tube sealing is to make sure the tube is firm and tight without leakage. With a sure of sealing quality, different kinds of sealing way are developed for better appearance. Take a quick view below on what you can achieve for your tube packaging.
1. Straight line sealing: the most regular
2. Straight sealed with rounded edge.
This one is Auber’s most regular sealing way. Compare to option 1, a rounded edge could avoid scratches during transportation of tubes. Most importantly, it can avoid the product from harming consumers with the sharp edge.
3. Crimping lines in different direction
4. Crimping with dots
5. Rounded/arc tail
6. Different kinds of animal shapes.
So far, Auber has developed with more than 10 molds of these adorable tail shapes. You get to easily apply these shapes with regular MOQ and no extra costs occurred.
