The original purpose of cosmetic packaging is to ensure the quality of cosmetics and make them easy to carry. However, with humans’ over pursuit of the external image of products, businesses pay too much emphasis on items’ surface decoration, which leads to a waste of resources.

Excessive packaging of cosmetics is not conducive to the sustainable development of the environment. Thus, cosmetic packaging should “lose its weight”.
