While the internet is fast growing up, people are promotingand shopping online, it really shortens the distance between people. We can check what is the most popular at present in a few seconds. And we can write an article with the most touching words if we can access to the search data.’Google trends’ is an effective tool and we are learning to use it. We can also make or adjust the promotional plan with the latest data on time.

Then we see AI (Artificial Intelligence) technology is growing. It was used for many aspects.

For example, police can use AI to predict the 30 years old face of a baby, it helps many parents find out their missing kids. But someone may use it for a crime.One case is that the criminal can call the accounting with the CEO’s voice &accent and ask the accounting to pay money to his own bank account.

Moreover, it can also be used for cosmetic tubes production. We customized a few machines in our new factory which can proofread the tubes printing with artworks automatically. It can really help avoiding mistakes.

Then what can it do for brand promotion? Google AdWordsis trying to use AI. It’s said that AI will select the most effective words to build the slogan to attract the customers and bid the first page with proper price. Will it be trendy for brand promotion? I am looking forward to it, imagine one day it can collect the data, analyses the data and givesus the promotional plan intelligently…… It seems convenient, but if it can do all the things then what else can people do? One coin has two sides.

Since my husband is involvingin customized furniture industry, and most of us will stay at home because of the coronavirus in China, his business seems to stop recently. Then I think of VR (virtual reality). Now we can try VR movie in many shopping malls, and if it was promoted and can be used at home, we can do many funny things.

For example, the furniture designer can build the VR images then customers can see directly what the house will be with the furniture, just like they are in a real house. And we can try new clothes, new cosmetics, and play games in VR …just like the movie ‘Ready Player One’. Amazing, the brand who takes this technology will be so advanced.I even thought, maybe one day in the future, we may make cosmetic tube samples with VR in a few hours then the client can check overseas in their office.
