2. Some of our colleagues have children and they shared their experiences as below for your reference:
1) Time schedule:
• Set an area especially for daily work.
• Set a schedule for daily work and life.
• Try to keep the same timetable as before.
• Stop the work after the working time and spend on the family members especially with children.
• Work for a while when necessary after children go to bed.
2) Kids <7 years old
If the children are before primary school, don’t tell them too much about the virus and risk. But you can try to tell them something with stories. Here is the link for your reference of the stories.

3) Kids >7 years old
In China, nearly all the news on social medias are related to COVID19 currently, the children at 7+ will learn something from there and also from family members discussion.
For children older than 12+, we even can talk with them directly about the virus and what is going on in the world. This is also a life experience for them; they will learn something from it. Juliette’s children at 13 years old are studying online courses since early of March, the study is not stopped. And they enjoy reading books and listening to the audio books, do some sports as well.
