The new COVID-19 patients are becoming less in China, but we are sad to see some other countries are going through the outbreak.

We respect all the life no matter where they from. We heard the news that China is now helping some other countries by donating some mask, protective suit, etc., and some doctors will be sent to help those countries also. Can we do something to help the other people to fight with the virus? Maybe one of the methods can be keeping the reasonable prices for the hand sanitizer tubes even they are in huge demand, and taking it as priority.

However, the production capacity of the hand sanitizer tubes is limited and we need to finish the local government orders and also the overseas. So everything should move fast, like receiving orders, purchasing the material, production, delivery…every step!

Some clients are asking us what our best lead time for sanitizer tube is. We want to promise, but since it’s in huge demand, many other factories are also rushing to buy the material and caps; we are very sorry to say it’s difficult to promise. But we would like to share some tips for hand sanitizer packaging from our experience to shorten the process.

1. Find the long term and reliable supplier, gather their latest news ASAP.

2. Design the packaging as simple as possible, and try to choose the types the supplier is happening under production or with the best capacity. The hand sanitizer tubes at present are focusing on D30mm or D35mm white tubes and with offset printing mostly. But if the sales said too many orders were waiting for offset printing, silk screen printing can also be considered.

3. Caps are also important to tube packaging. Suggest not caring much about their colors and styles, pick up the suitable types with the fastest lead time.

4. Decide to order in a short time when you really need them in a rush. We will quickly reply some clients with the prices and recommended types, but things are changing every day, when the client decide to order one month later, the previous recommended types may not the best choice since too many clients had ordered them, and you may the one at the end of the pending list.

5. Small tube packaging is better for the consumer to take away so that they can clean their hand with the sanitizer any time.

6. Pump factories are super busy now, for being eco-friendly and reducing the demand for pumps ( no matter for tube packaging or PET bottle), we can try to design the refill packaging without pumps. Then when people run up the first hand sanitizer, they can disassemble the pump and use for the second hand sanitizer.
