In the process, we always find some details which need to be discussed and adjusted when receive artworks. It takes much time to communicate back and forth.
Undoubtedly, this will delay the project plan, reduce working efficiency; even bring the high costs to modify designing.

For the above reasons, I want to summarize below some crucial points for attention when designing and provide to customers in advance to save their time.

Point 1: Printing area on tube shoulder.
A. PE extruding tube
a) 3mm no printing area should be kept on the shoulder part.
b) Color block can be printed to the tube shoulder by making two times head. It’s lead time is longer and the cost is higher a lot. But we still need to keep 3mm no texts on the shoulder.

B. Laminated tube
Color block can be printed to tube shoulder, but keep 5mm no texts on tube head.

Point 2: Printing position moving tolerance
A. When two or more colors silk-screen close to each other, it should keep 1.5 distances between them. If not,the printing position will move 1mm to left or right, up or down like below pics.

B. When offset color and silk-screen color close to each other, it should keep 1.5mm distance between them.

Point 3: Printing area on tube tail part
Usually the no text printing on tube tail partneed to be 12 mmat least if want to keep tube tail looks nice and harmonious, becauseif it was less than 12 mm,the textsmay on the tail crimping part, and become hard to read.
