Yesterday, a Japanese client came to visit our office and factory. This time he came with his father, both of them were very nice person and gentle. And we felt amazing that he remembered everyone he met last time in our office and prepared the gifts for all of us. He is just new client and places the first order for cosmetic tubes to us. We are touched and really thank him.

The gift I received was a neutral pen, well packed in a beautiful box, wrapped with colorful paper and bag. Enjoy opening the present layer by layer, and this was the first time I received the customer’s gift in  Auber. Really very happy & grateful…

Ha ha, I was wondering that what was the special meaning of sending the neutral pen as a gift, as I checked, and it did mean something— we are friends. It was so warm.
