At the end of 1993, in a composite sheet decrease of total thickness and the thickness of aluminum foil layer, aluminum plastic laminated tube sheet prices sharply lower than before to the traditional market.Composite sheet has been using flexographic printing, the printing quality is to further improve; Domestic cosmetic manufacturers supply the aluminum plastic laminated  tube sheet also more and more. Colgate and international multinational company unilever dumped prepared using composite hoses, the move to a larger vibration in the toothpaste industry of China. In this context, the Shanghai toothpaste factory eyeing the opportunity, has launched a "spearmint", "white jade" and "acid" brand, big push into composite hoses market. Other domestic toothpaste production enterprise also started to use composite tube packing. With the toothpaste increases, the market share has reached 60% ~ 70%, and aluminum tube of toothpaste is no longer attention by people.

 

When it comes to the trend of the development of the toothpaste tube, Mr Zheng talked about his own views. He thought the toothpaste tube will be about to develop in the direction of the following two.

 

On one hand ,the light-weight aluminum plastic laminated tube. The total composite sheet thickness decreased to 200 microns, the aluminum foil layer thickness to 10 microns, and even thinner.On the other hand ,as for all plastic composite hoses. All plastic composite hoses which made possible by the use of EVOH material will have a new develop trend.However ,there are a essential connection between the thickness of the barrier property and EVOH material  , so now it also can’t be mass production. But it will  still the main development trend of the future.

 

Toothpaste factory will continue to explore its own road of the toothpaste tube, we sincerely wish they had been walking in the forefront of the toothpaste industry.We also hope that it would be a shinny industry in the sooner future for the aluminum plastic laminated tube for the toothpaste industry.
