At present, packaging for cosmetics decoration are mainly including printing and labeling. Printing decoration is including silk-screen printing and offset printing.

Compare with printing, labeling decoration has following advantages:

1. Diversity and stability

The technics of traditional plastic tube is manufacturing tube body first and then printing. The printing technology is mainly using silk-screen printing and offset printing. However, label printing includes variety of combinatorial printing technics like letterpress, flexo, offest, silk-screen, hot stamping, etc. And this is making the high color performance more stable and excellent.

2. Less inventory costs and risks

The customer requirement of faster delivery date will push the tube manufacturers to improve their production efficiency. Direct printing requires an inventory of final tube products, which makes the total cost higher. But label has shorter lead time and only needs an inventory of bare tubes. It is certainly reducing the cost of inventory and lower down the risk of final product stocking.
