Take a detail check on the common cosmetic tubes, basically, a welding line can be found on ABL, PBL and HGL tubes, while PE cosmetic tube is seamless as it is extruded one time directly by machines. See below welding line on the ABL tube.

So printing is a special case for PE cosmetic tube, there is a small space that the printing machines cannot reach due to the bending. Normally, we suggest leaving at least 3mm no printing area at tubes shoulder for PE cosmetic tube. If customer insist extending the printing to tube shoulder. Actually, the hardness of PE tube is decided by two material’s proportion: LDPE (Low Density Polyethylene) and HDPE (High Density Polyethylene). For instance, adding more HDPE could adjust the tube to be harder.
