Today I’d like to share a quite useful plastic tube packaging after the squeezing out testing.

Here is the On-off liquid based large tube.

Why I emphasize ‘large tube’? It’s because from the past15 years since we established, Auber can fill either liquid based with only small size tube packaging, like dia16/19 nozzle tube, dropper tube, or normal tube with 2mm tube orifice are workable. But for larger tube, 2mm orifice can’t even be suitable. Now what is gratifying is that we can break through the limit, and produce provide larger tubes like dia. 30mm, 35mm or 40mm to fill water/liquid based product.

Material: Tip (PP) + Collar ( ABS) + Cap (PC)

Tip orifice size: 1.3mm

Application: Gel, thin products. It can control the dosage well.

Available size: the applicator’s diameter is 30mm, can match with the tubes in dia. 30mm,35mm,40mm.
