How to make your clients like you?

So I read this book few days ago “Emotional Intelligence for Sales Success” from Colleen Stanley. It gives perfect answers on the question, though I am not here to talk about all the sales techniques mentioned in the book. But when it says about improve customer satisfaction. It mentioned to be REAL and SINCERE.
I couldn’t agree more. Be real to your customer, and to yourself.
I am sure that when a customer order from you, that’s because of trust. So we should be honest and sincere as return.
Being a cosmetic tubes sales person is not easy. In Auber, I actually work overtime a lot. Sometimes it is quite tired, but most of the time I feel satisfied and happy. What keeps me going without fatigue? I am pretty sure it’s the encouraging I got in my daily work from customers.
I always feel lucky that the whole team in Auber think customer satisfaction as a top priority. That should be one of the major reasons our new customer could turn to old one and never leave.
cosmetic tubes seems easy, but you’ll find yourself learning every day. If we could put ourselves into customer’s shoes and listen, try to guide them with the tube stuff we got. I think we will all make a good sale. 🙂
