One toothpaste supplier announces that the design of its first recyclable toothpaste tube will set a new standard for the tube industry, and the British plastics recycling association’s endorsement of the new tube; it brings one step closer to the public.

How to achieve recyclability?

1. Choose high-density polyethylene (HDPE) and use more than one level of HDPE to improve the original rigidity of HDPE to maintain the characteristics of the plastic tube, so that people can squeeze out all toothpaste comfortably, in the meantime, it could also meet the requirement of production speed.

2. The supplier uses Radio tags for tracking so that it can be distinguished from other plastic bottles and can demonstrate that the material can be reused after recycling

After more than five years of research and development, the toothpaste supplier plans to use 100% recyclable toothpaste tube in 2025
