Plastics tube packaging is commonly used for cosmetics such as BB cream, sunscreen, etc. When we talked about plastic tubes, we are basically referring PE tube (made with polyethylene). We will be sharing some feature of PE tube in this article.

1.Tube shape.

PE tubes are extruded from the machine directly, then being injected with the tube head by the heading machine. Therefore, PE plastic tube is seamless with a welding line different from laminated tubes (commonly used for toothpaste). After squeezing, PE tube can still bound back to its original shape.

2. Decoration

The tube can be extruded with different colors. To get more special look, it can also add with additive to achieve different effect such as paper texture tube from Auber Packaging, soft touch tube, etc. For the surface, it can be printed by offset, silkscreen and hot stamping.
