This is how our silkscreen printing machine works. I took this photo during the machine was under adjustment.
To print the cosmetic tubes successfully, usually we spend more than 2 hours to adjust the oil and position, etc. For some complicated artwork, for example, artwork with around 8 colors, we’ll spend more than 6 hours to adjust it.
Cosmetic Tubes look small and simple, in fact, it’s one kind of industrial products, and each procedure spent hours in testing before running smoothly. That’s why the cost of sampling is high. Not cheap, but we are willing to offer sampling with your artwork.
